About the Role
Primary Role:
Drives enrollment, builds industry relationships, and creates opportunities for internship and career advancement.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategies to increase student enrollment and program visibility.
Build and maintain partnerships with companies and organizations to secure internship
placements.
Represent the institution in industry events, webinars, and networking activities.
Identify market trends to inform program development and expansion opportunities.
Collaborate with marketing teams to design targeted campaigns and promotional materials.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
Proven experience in business development, sales, or partnerships—preferably in the education sector.
Strong understanding of enrollment strategies and student recruitment practices.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with industry partners, organizations, and corporate stakeholders.
Experience organizing and representing institutions at events, webinars, and professional networking opportunities.
Knowledge of current market trends and the ability to translate insights into program development strategies.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, especially marketing and academic departments.
Experience developing promotional campaigns and marketing materials in coordination with creative teams.
Goal-oriented with a strategic mindset and ability to work independently.
Proficiency in digital tools, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Fluency in English (written and spoken).
