About the Role
Primary Role:
Provides overall leadership, ensuring academic integrity, operational efficiency, and strategic alignment of all campus activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the planning, implementation, and continuous improvement of online programs and internship components.
Lead faculty and staff to ensure high-quality academic delivery and student support.
Ensure compliance with accreditation standards, educational regulations, and institutional policies.
Monitor student outcomes, faculty performance, and program effectiveness.
Foster strategic partnerships to support internship placements and career pathways.
Serve as the primary point of contact for institutional leadership and external stakeholders.
Requirements
Master's degree (PhD preferred) in Education, Management, Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in senior leadership roles within the education sector.
Experience managing online programs and internship components.
Familiarity with accreditation standards, educational regulations, and institutional policies.
Ability to monitor student outcomes, faculty performance, and program effectiveness.
Strong strategic leadership and decision-making skills.
Experience leading multidisciplinary teams.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to represent the institution to senior leadership and external stakeholders.
Experience building strategic partnerships, particularly for internships and career development.
Strong results-oriented mindset and commitment to continuous improvement.
Adaptability to dynamic and evolving educational environments.
Current residency in the Netherlands (NL) – mandatory requirement.
International experience or multicultural environment exposure (preferred).
