About the Role
As a Hospitality Tutor for the Netherlands pathway, you will support international learners in gaining the skills and cultural knowledge needed to thrive in Dutch hospitality environments. Through engaging online sessions, you’ll teach topics such as customer service, hotel management, and food & beverage operations, tailored to the expectations and practices of the Dutch hospitality industry. You’ll also help students understand the cultural nuances and guest service standards in the Netherlands, ensuring they are fully prepared for internships and future roles in hotels, restaurants, and event settings across the country. Your local expertise and global mindset will be vital in their success.
Requirements
Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Hotel Administration, or related field, recognized in the Netherlands.
At least 3 years of professional and/or instructional experience in the Dutch hospitality industry.
Knowledge of hospitality standards and operational practices in the Netherlands, particularly in hotels, F&B operations, and guest services.
Understanding of Dutch cultural norms in customer service and workplace dynamics.
Proficiency in using online learning platforms and tools for remote teaching and assessment.
Ability to guide students in adapting to internship placements in the Netherlands, including cultural and professional integration.
Strong intercultural communication and learner support skills.
