Terms and Conditions 

By registering for our International Business Conference, you agree to the following terms and conditions. The conference will take place at the following locations and dates:
 

• Stockholm, Sweden: February/March;

• Delaware, United States: March/April;

• Schlieren, Switzerland: April;

• Gosford, Australia: May;

• Auckland, New Zealand: June.

1. Registration and Fee

Registration must be completed online through the official conference website. The registration fee includes access to all sessions, workshops, and designated social events organized by the conference. It does not cover transportation, accommodation, meals (outside specific events), or any personal expenses.

2. Non-Refundable Policy

All registration fees are final and non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to unavailability, personal changes, travel issues, medical emergencies, or any other unforeseen situations.

3. Transfer of Registration

If a participant is unable to attend, the registration may be transferred to another individual up to 15 days before the event. To request a transfer, the original registrant must contact the conference team via email and provide the new attendee's details.

4. Conduct
Participants are expected to behave professionally and respectfully at all times during the conference. Inappropriate or disrespectful behavior may result in immediate removal from the event without refund or compensation.

 

 

5. Limitation of Liability

The conference organizers are not liable for any damage or loss a participant may experience as a result of attending the conference, including but not limited to accidents, property loss, travel issues, or any other circumstances outside the direct control of the organizers.

6. Event Changes

The organizers reserve the right to make changes to the schedule, location, dates, or other aspects of the conference at any time and without prior notice. Any major changes will be communicated to participants through the contact information provided at registration.

7. Consent for Use of Image

By attending the conference, the participant consents to the use of their image in videos and photos taken during the event for promotional, marketing, and future publication purposes.

By completing the registration, the participant confirms that they have read, understood, and agree to all the terms and conditions outlined above.
